World Ferment Day Ambassadors
World Ferment Day aims to be a truly global celebration of ferments and fermentation.
Fermentation is a mutualistic practice involving humans and microbes. All cultures use fermentation in their cuisine. For World Ferment Day, we have set up an ambassador programme, selecting wonderfully talented and committed fermenters from around the world whose aim is to spread the fantastic fizz of ferments in their geographical region.
