World Ferment Day Recipes

Together, we are building a world-wide ferment recipe repository here. Recipes we receive will be curated either by what we believe to be their country of origin (acknowledging the person that supplied the recipe) or based on the location of the person whose recipe it is, as appropriate. Click on a region on the map that interests you and it will take you to the recipes that have originated from that place historically and to recipes from people who live there now.
