Thriving with food, herbs and microbes

Nutritionist • Medical Herbalist • Fermentologist

It can be a real challenge to navigate the sea of health-related information that is at our fingertips. Substack is my social media platform of choice. By joining my Substack you will find honest, evidence-based reflections on how food, herbs and microbes shape the way we feel, think, and live. It is where science, nature and curiosity meet.

It isn’t a space for quick fixes or fads, but for real, lasting change. If you are ready to feel connected to your body, your mind, and the natural world again, check it out.

If you'd just like me to pop into your inbox from time to time, you can sign up to my website mailing list here. This is a less interactive, but nevertheless useful way of engaging with me. Whilst most of my regular output goes to Substack, I do provide some free content and make announcements here.

If you head over to Substack, you can choose between the following:

Free subscription

  • Short posts from time to time, exploring nutrition, herbs, microbes and nature connection.
  • Practical recipes and stories from my clinic, kitchen, garden and from the woods!
  • Event updates.
  • A free, no obligation chance to get a feel for the way I work and share information to see if you’d like to engage further.

Paid subscription

  • Regular, (usually once a month) exclusive, evidence-based posts, generally exploring nutrition, herbs, and microbes, and offering insight and ways to change your reality.
  • Practical recipes and stories from my clinic, kitchen, garden and from the woods!

  • Access to the chat function, where you can ask practical questions about nutrition, herbs and microbes and get answers you can rely upon (please note, I cannot answer specific health questions in this way).
