Water kefir grains

£15.00

Water kefir is highly valued in this house. I have had my grains for many years now.

This symbiotic community of bacteria and yeasts will make a delicious carbonated drink to which you can add a dazzling array of flavours using fruits, herbs or a combination of the two. Our current favourite is strawberry, but mixed berries is delicious too, as is turmeric and ginger or how about mint?

Water kefir contains approximately 15 species of beneficial bacteria, not as many as milk kefir but it still means that your delicious fizzy drinks will be supporting gut health rather than detracting from it.
